Shipping Policy:

Rest easy knowing we only charge EXACT USPS charges for shipping. We don't add any bogus handling fees. What you pay us, we pay the post office. We will combine all of your items to save you on shipping costs. We Ship Worldwide Daily. For International orders, if you would like to know your shipping charge before you order, you are welcome to email us for a quote. USPS charges International Shipping based on the weight of your order. We will need to know the items you are interested in to be able to calculate International Shipping costs.

Return Policy:

We will gladly accept returns on most items. We want you to be happy with your purchase from us.

  • Returned Items must be shipped back within 5 days of receipt
  • Returned Items must be in their original boxes in brand new condition as they were sent. All inner Styrofoam must be completely intact in brand new condition. We can not accept items back with torn boxes or missing/torn styrofoam.
  • Returns must be sent back with tracking and insurance. If a return arrives broken we must file insurance and the refund will be pending the insurance claim reimbursement. Please pack the item safely for it's return to prevent delay of your refund.
  • If paid by credit card, we can only credit back the card used to charge the original order. 
  • Special orders (Such as all Amia, Yardbirds, Artistic Gifts) can not be returned. 
  • Any orders sent back without prior approval or an RMA# will be incurred a 15% restocking fee.
  • If you received FREE shipping on your original order - the amount of EXACT shipping will be deducted from your refund. We paid for shipping on your purchase to USPS, if we refund you, we would need to collect that since it was paid by us on your behalf.

After 5 days (but not after 25 days), we can offer you an EXCHANGE for the amount of your items only.

We cannot accept any returns shipped back after 25 days of receipt. (Sorry, no exceptions.)

We must be told of the exchange prior to shipping and issue a Return Authorization number to your account.

If an item arrives damaged, we MUST EXCHANGE the item - we can not refund as we have to file insurance.

We are not able to refund original shipping or the return shipping back to us. Return Shipping MUST be paid for prior to return.
